Our approach
We are a partnership of business school professors and executives who are passionate about helping organizations. All too often, well-intentioned strategic plans end up as colorful brochures on a shelf, never to see the light of day. Why is this? Our research and practice have revealed common missteps that organizations make when trying to create and implement their strategic plans – wasting precious time, money and emotional bandwidth. This has led us to develop SHARP – a straight-lined approach that bridges the current disconnect between strategic intent and strategic action.
