Darren Good, PHD
Dr. Darren Good is an Associate Professor of Applied Behavioral Science at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Dr. Good’s research is interested in the nature, integration and impact of mindfulness in the workplace. He is among the leading scholars in the world addressing this issue and has helped author some of the seminal work in the field published in leading academic journals, such as the Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology and Harvard Business Review. Dr. Good is the recipient of Pepperdine University’s highest award for teaching excellence, was named an Ascendant Scholar by the Western Academy of Management and recently received the Journal of Management’s 2021 Scholarly Impact Award.

Michael Fischer, MSOD
Michael Fischer, MSOD, is a results-driven leader with more than 3 decades of executive experience in Organization Development, Talent Management and Human Resources leadership in diverse companies including Kimberly-Clark, TXU Energy, Goodwill Industries, Magnite and Sysco. His areas of expertise include senior team alignment, purpose creation, strategic planning and activation, organization design, leadership development and succession planning, and enterprise-wide change management. Throughout his career he has distinguished his work by implementing innovative and practical processes and programs that create healthy cultures and diverse high-performing teams that drive business success and growth.

Bobby Lee, PHD
Dr. Bobby Lee is an associate professor of accounting at Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School. He holds a Ph.D. from Drexel University, a Master in Accountancy degree from Villanova University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from University of Michigan. He is a certified public accountant, certified management accountant and award winning professor. His research has been published in numerous business journals and he has presented his research at national business conferences. He is also a board member for multiple not for profit organizations and provides consulting services to companies in the Los Angeles area.
STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT
Mark Tribbitt, PHD
Dr. Mark A. Tribbitt is a tenured professor of strategic management at Pepperdine University. Prior to pursuing a career in academia, Mark spent 14 years in the financial services industry in various leadership positions. Most recently, he was Vice President of Operations for JPMorgan, managing servicing and trading of a $350 billion mutual fund portfolio. Mark earned a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from Drexel University, an MBA from Villanova University, and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Delaware. His primary research interest deals with the intersection between corporate governance and corporate entrepreneurship. His teaching focuses on strategic management, entrepreneurship, and management of technology and innovation
